Wow, It's been a year and a half since I have posted! And about a year and a half since I have focused on improving myself! How sad...well I think this is it, I am 100% committed to it and have been doing rather well!
Approx, 6 weeks ago I started my "diet", which isn't really a diet...I still eat what I want mostly however I am watching the calories very closely and working out regularly. Whether it be walking my Lucie Lu, Pilates, or just a physical activity such as cleaning, yard work, organizing or whatever keeps me moving! I feel better and I can tell by my clothes it's working! oh and lets not forget the scale...down 10 pounds since mid June! YAY!!!
I had been tracking everything using MyFitnessPal.com and just recently as of Monday started using Loseit.com. Both sites are great in my opinion!
I look forward to posting more often and can't wait to look back at my progress months from now!
