Check out this Hottie!

Hehe...here is a recent picture of my sister Alli.

Her goal was to lose 10 lbs and guess what, she did it! Congrats Sister! She is living proof that you must stay focused and motivated...although she hasn't stuck to a well balanced diet, LOL, she has stuck to and committed to a steady workout schedule that includes running on the treadmill (she works that machine for like an hour every time!), strolls around the neighborhood and even some weight training with her BF (Boyfriend) an average of 5 days a week!
So yes, since I have joined Weight Watchers I have lost a total of 11.4 lbs...but I have a long way to go! I do have trouble sticking to my daily points allowance since obviously I love food, and have lacked a consistent workout schedule. But I have started this week strong! Ran on the treadmill Monday, Tuesday and tonight, and I have been counting my points. I am not giving up! :)
We "Spring Forward" this Sunday!! YAY!! That means longer evenings, which means outdoor activities after work! Can't wait!

Weight Loss Miracle??

LOL! Nah, just lucky I guess! Weighed-in this morning...down 1.9 lbs!! OMG I thought for sure not working out and dieting for two weeks I would have gained. But boy was I happy to see that lower number appear on that screen! hehe...since I am back to counting points (as of today) and getting back into a work out routine, I hope to see and even smaller number next week! I'm gonna shoot for 3 lbs...think I can do it?? We shall see!

Zero-Point soup


Yummm....this is a life saver!! LOL Weight watchers zero-point veggie soup. They actually have several different versions of this soup but i have only made one...slightly modified adding some diced tomatoes...I love tomatoes!!! I usually have two 1-cup servings in a day when I have some made. It's delish!!


Weigh-in is tomorrow...I skipped last week because I have been bad. Not working out or dieting!! But I will weigh-in tomorrow and I know it will not be good so I promise to get back on track and weigh-in on Friday, March 12th with good news!!! :)
