Friday's Weigh-in

Weighed in on Friday. Gained .9 lbs. :( Not too bad considering I haven't been following my weight watchers the past two weeks. I am committed to better news next weigh-in. No excuses!

Been almost two weeks...

since I have been on the treadmill!!! OMG! Finally rid of that nasty cough so I decided to work out tonight. Let me tell ya, it felt great. I can barley move right now! LOL I haven't really been eating right latley so I'm gonna search for some Weight Watchers recipes for this week. I must have good news on Friday! :) TTFN

Bad News???

Considering the week I have had...being sick and not working out, losing a loved one, and eating out so much, I managed to maintain. I weighed in this morning at exactly the same weight as last friday. Not what I wanted but I guess better than gaining, right? :) So is this bad news? Hmm...nah!

Good news!

Weighed-in this morning...and it was good news!!! Down another 3.6 lbs!!! This is getting a lot easier as the days go by. Went back to work today after two days off sick. Feeling better, but still have a horrible cough.

Day Five...

Well its actually day six right now but I didn't have a chance to get on the computer last night. :) Weighed in yesterday...thankfully it was good news! Down 4.2 lbs!!! Kinda "fell off the wagon" last night celebrating my Brother-in-Law's 30th birthday, but I'm gonna get back on that wagon for sure! Planning on more good news next week!

Day Four...


Today was much easier! Just got off the treadmill, nice and sweaty! LOL Here's a pic of one of my Sisters taking her turn. Go Sister, Go! Feels great to know that I'm doing good for my body. Weighing in for the first time tomorrow, I hope it's good news!

Day Three...

Used the treadmill again today! Legs are starting feel it, feels good. Today wasn't so bad but I am really hungry right now. My husband is making dinner and it's almost ready! Yeah! I made the zero-point vegetable soup last night. It's pretty darn good and may be the reason today wasn't so bad. :) A little cup of that kept me satisfied between my wheat English muffin for breakfast and my late lunch. Hopefully day four will be a little better.

Day Two...

I made it through day two! I speed walked/jogged on the treadmill for 30 minutes! Felt great! But boy was I hungry when I got home from work...uggghh. I'm sure it was probably just "in my head" since I am trying to lose weight. It will get easier, I hope. :)

The Beginning...


My first day. It went rather well. I joined Weight Watchers online and am using the Points system to guide/help me in my long journey to a healthier, better looking me. I look at pictures of my hubby & I just 5 & 1/2 years ago on our Honeymoon and can't believe how different I/we look! LOL It's really depressing! I don't fit into any of my clothes anymore and shopping for new ones is very frustrating! I love to scrapbook but HATE the way I look so I don't like being in pictures, and therefore I don't have many pics to scrap of my Husband & I. Grrr LOL Sooo...stop whining and do something about it, right? Well that is what I intend to do! I am going to document it as the weeks go on. Hopefully this will keep me motivated and on track. I have all the tools to do it, Weight Watchers, Wii Fit, Wii Active, Wii Your Shape...treadmill, Pilate's videos, you name it I have it! So I'm putting them to use now.....starting tomorrow!
